DMCA Policy

Aesthetic Living & Luxurious Interior Architecture of New Original Ideas (allianoi.org) is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users and content contributors to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Our dedication to original ideas in interior architecture extends to protecting the creativity of all content creators. We act quickly on valid copyright infringement claims reported to our designated agent.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe that material on allianoi.org infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent. Your notice must include all of the following information to be valid under DMCA Section 512(c)(3).

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Please provide specific details, such as a URL or a clear description of the work.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. You must include the URL(s) where the material is located on allianoi.org.
  • Sufficient contact information for the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This legal process allows you to dispute a copyright infringement claim. Your counter-notice must be in writing and contain the following elements.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled. You must also provide the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which allianoi.org may be found. You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If they do not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

allianoi.org takes copyright infringement seriously. We will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted content on our site. This policy applies to all forms of content published by users.

We review all reported instances of infringement carefully. Users found to repeatedly violate copyright laws will have their accounts disabled permanently.
